BDSM is an umbrella term that refers to a spectrum of behaviors and preferences, sometimes sexual (OK, usually sexual) that can be divvied up into the groups of bondage and discipline, domination and submission, sadism and masochism.  

Some people think that BDSM is 'kinky', however, in some cases it doesn't have to involve sex at all. The mental connotations of some acts are more of a turn-on than the prelude of a particular act leading to sex.

So I am your typical guy, located in northern Ohio near 

Cleveland, that works in the professional world 9 to 5 but in my spare time I am a BDSM Dom.  

What is a Dom you ask?  Well a Dom (or dominant) is a man or woman who enjoys engaging in play with another person (or multiple others) who is submissive. The dominant is in charge, leading, and dictating what happens, while the submissive follows, serves and enjoys being lower status.

Most dominants in media are portrayed as cruel and unreasonable, or troubled and insecure, but nothing can be farther from the truth.  A good Dom can apear to be cruel but the truth is that the submissive it always in control and a good Dom will never do something that is outside the limits of a sub.

A Dom-sub relationship is a common way for people who are interested in BDSM and kink to engage with each other.
